Newborn Classic Studio Sessions

The perfect age for the best newborn portraits is around 7 days old – or no later than 2 weeks old if you’re unable to visit sooner.

This is a little different for babies who were born prematurely. If your baby arrives early, please contact us to discuss the best time for your newborn portrait.

1. Baby essentials:

Bring diapers, wipes, and any other necessary items to keep your baby comfortable during the session.

2. Feeding supplies:

If you are breastfeeding, bring any nursing supplies you may need. If you are bottle-feeding, bring enough formula or breastmilk for the session.

3.Pacifiers:

Pacifiers can be helpful in soothing your baby during the session, so it’s a good idea to bring a couple along.

4. Personalized props:

If you have any special items or props that you would like to incorporate into the session, such as a favorite blanket or a sentimental toy, feel free to bring them along.

Remember, the most important thing is to ensure that your baby is comfortable and happy during the session. If there are any specific items or preferences you have, feel free to discuss them with your photographer beforehand.

Because I’m frequently fully booked at short notice, we recommend booking early during your pregnancy.

Offering a strictly limited number of bookings each month ensures I’m able to allocate sufficient time to take and retouch your newborn portraits for the best quality.

My newborn portrait sessions take place on Monday to Friday mornings, subject to availability.
I can occasionally offer weekend sessions but weekends are subject to very limited availability,weekends are charged extra (Saturday 300 DKK/Sunday 500 DKK).

This is no problem, so long as you have already booked with me.

When I confirm your booking, I’ll include all the details you need, and if baby arrives early or late, you’ll be able to reschedule your session.

This means you can be confident of getting the perfect date for your newborn photography.

If your baby is already born please contact me as soon as possible.

I can’t promise to fit you in at short notice, but I’ll check our schedule and let you know as soon as possible. If your baby is already 2 weeks or older, your session may include simpler poses.

But rest assured, we can still create a set of beautiful baby pictures for you!

My standard newborn sessions usually last around 1-2 hours.

However, we allow up to 3 hours in case your baby needs extra time for comforting or feeding during the portrait shoot. My newborn simple-sessions take 1 hour.

A standard newborn session fee includes my time and talent to create and retouch a set of beautiful images for you. However, unless otherwise stated, no images or products are included in the session fee.

Photos for printing are an additional cost.

Yes, parent and sibling portraits can be added to any standard newborn portrait session.

Yes, of course! All digital sales include high- resolution (full-size and printable) digital images plus a complementary set of web-sized digital copies to match. If you also want physical, printed products, you can add these at your discretion – but they are not compulsory.

I am now offering newborn photography sessions in the comfort of your own home. Capture those precious early moments with your little one in the most relaxed and intimate setting. It’s cost extra-op to 15km (after that 3 DKK per km)
